2002 Murphy's Irish Open

Fota Island Golf Course in Co Cork was once again host to the Murphy's Irish Open.  This year's event was held from Thursday 27th to Sunday 30th June and was considered to be one of Ireland's leading sporting events.

Fuchsia Brands Ltd had a three unit display area, which was located in "The Tented Village", where they undertook a series of tastings of the wide variety of Fuchsia Branded products over the four day event.  They were joined by the Westlodge Hotel, Bantry and the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery, along with their local golf clubs.  Carbery Natural Cheese also attend the event and provided tastings of their products.  Kinsale Chamber of Tourism were represented by Actons Hotel and the Trident Hotel.
